FA003D Bale plucker is as the auto-processing request of our soft cotton cleaning line, FA003D type round automatic plucker has been designed to used for our cleaning line, it is suitable for the plucking of all classes
of raw cotton, cotton chemical fiber, wool, medical cotton, recycling fiber and middle-long fiber shorter below
76mm. It's the first procedure of the machine and consists of pulley, central axis, expansion tube and ground rail, etc. FA003D is mainly used to feed and mix many kinds soft cotton to processing and cleaning together.
Fiber have been plucked and transported to the next machine via pipe.
Main Feature
Plucking beater go down interval and rotate with carriage to pluck cotton sequence. Cotton plucked is transported to the next machine via duct.
This disk plucker machine is the first process in the whole blowing carding line. It's applicable to pluck various kinds of raw cotton and polyester of the length ≤76mm,and then convey them to the next process through airflow.
