Usage and characteristic
The machine removes impurities in the cotton by using mechanical centrifugal force emerged by high speed revolving of barbed rollers and loosen cotton, then press to flake. It can be used in processing waste fabric, waste yarn, non woven felt, waste garments, old quilt wadding , short floss, broken unginned cotton, jeans, cloth leftover and flax.
This machine adopts domestic advance experiences and feature of cotton pressing equipment, which is characterized on reasonable structure, convenient operation, good effect of dust-removing and safe production, with cyclon collecting box to transport material from opening machine to recycling machine, it can also avoid fire during machine running.
