The recycling machine is suitable for processing chemical fiber, glass fiber, jute, linen, hard material waste, clothing waste, denim, polyester waste, knitting, woven fabric, yarn, nonwoven fabric, denim, waste clothing, etc. The waste textile cleaning machine impinges the textile waste through the high-speed running barb roller, which can be processed into small pieces or coarse fibers, and the impurities mixed in the raw materials can be discharged under the action of centrifugal force to achieve the desired effect. According to the different material needs to process different numbers of rollers, this production line in the 6th, 8th, 10th roller design of three output parts, users can adjust the output position according to the need, easy to operate.

This is standard 3+9 roller fabric and yarn waste recycling line can get capacity 350kg/h.

The recyclded fiber widly used to for yarn making, machine width can be 1000mm, 1300mm as capacity request.

The line include two 600x1000mm opening machine, one 600x1300mm opening machine, one 400x1300mm opening machine and eight 250x1300mm recycling machine. 250 roller with 8-10 circles wire and casting frame which can keep machine running stable.
